He has years of experience working with the Buyers from pre-LOI stage onwards, working on the structuring of the LOI and negotiating the proper structure as well as establishing the most realistic valuation that the Sellers would get behind and agree to.

After working on several high-profile (billion dollar plus) clients in the jewelry and retail industry, Mubarak Shah also gained exposure on the tax return preparation & filing and tax strategy planning side – dealing with small/mid-sized businesses ranging from C-Corps, S-Corps, 1065 Partnerships etc.
